The IT Services department maintains a physical helpdesk in room F100 on the Mt. Blue Campus and in Room X at Mt. Blue Middle School. From these two locations, our technicians are able to travel anywhere in the district to help with technology issues. You are always welcome to call our helpline or stop by one of these helpdesks however, they are not always staffed and your best option for requesting help is through our ticketing system!
If you are calling from a district phone, call extension x4900. If you are calling from an outside line, call 779-9888 (779-WUTT). This will ring the phone at both the MBC and MBMS helpdesks so there is a good chance someone will answer.
The district maintains a robust helpdesk portal that is used by IT Services, the District Office, and Maintenance. Through the portal you can create a new ticket, see the progress on existing tickets, and communicate with the IT Services technicians working on your support request.
You can access the portal by going to https://mtbluersd.incidentiq.com and logging in with your district Google account credentials.
If you’re in a rush and need help, you can always send an email to techhelp@mtbluersd.org from your district email account to request assistance. Emails to this address will automatically create a ticket in our system. When you send an email, please make the subject line relevant to the issue you’re having so we can triage the ticket appropriately and put as much detail about your issue in the body of the email so we can get started on the problem right away. Rember that you can only use this email address to create a technology support ticket. You must log into the portal to create a District Office support ticket.
Regardless of how you contacted us and created a ticket, always check your email for correspondence from the ticketing system in case we’re reaching out to ask for more information or let you know what solution we may be working on. Correspondence from the ticketing platform will come to your inbox from MBRSD Technology Helpdesk.
